Ingredients

  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal, quick
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts, grnd
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 2 level teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Mix ingredients well as they are added in this order.
  • Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt and add in to other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Refrigeratein refrigerator, possible overnight.
  • Grease cookie sheets.
  • Roll into balls the size of a walnut, then press with a fork dipped in a glass of water.
  • Bake 10 min at 350 degrees.
  • Remove from pans and cold on cooling racks.
