Ingredients

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 5 oz can Evap milk
  • 2 cup Ghirardelli milk choc chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 stick Margerine
  • 3/4 cup Creme de Menth Liquor

Method

  • Put Sugar, Marge, and Evap milk into a saucepan.
  • Melt ingredients together on med/high heat.
  • Bring to the boil but watch carefully for your first bubble (this is important for creamy fudge)when you see the first bubble, turn the heat down a little bit and set your timer for four minutes.
  • Stay with the liquid to stir while it boils(tedious but worth the wait : ) )
  • Remove from heat and quickly add the Marshmallow cream, and Creme de Menth.
  • You can change this up and add Baileys , Rum , or an Orange Liquor would be nice.
  • Line an oblong 9x12 casserole with Reynolds non stick pan lining paper(Fantastic stuff ; ) ) pour fudge into lined pan and leave to set.
  • Keep fudge in a container at room temp to stay softer.
  • Trust me, it won't be around for long anyway :-) Enjoy !
