Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes jello (any flavor)
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Mix cake as directed.
- Reserve 1/3 of the mixture.
- Add 1 box of the dry jello into it, blending with a whisk.
- Alternate layers in the cake pan, 1/3 white, 1/3 jello, 1/3 white.
- Bake as directed.
- Cool completely.
- Mix 1 cup of hot water with one box of jello.
- Chill and allow to almost set.
- Blend into the Cool Whip using it to frost the cake.
- Refrigerate.
