Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Fry hamburger and onions; drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add enchilada sauce and soup; simmer 10 minutes more.
  • In 9 x 13-inch pan, spoon mixture into tortillas. Roll and insert toothpick to hold in place.
  • Reserve some mixture for top of rolled tortillas.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Place in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts and warmed through.
  • Serves 6. May top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.
