- 10 to 12 flour tortillas
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry hamburger and onions; drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add enchilada sauce and soup; simmer 10 minutes more.
- In 9 x 13-inch pan, spoon mixture into tortillas. Roll and insert toothpick to hold in place.
- Reserve some mixture for top of rolled tortillas.
- Top with cheese.
- Place in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts and warmed through.
- Serves 6. May top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.
