Ingredients
- 1 c. grits
- 4 c. slightly salted water
- 3/4 cube oleo
- 1 tube sharp cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten in 1 cup (measure with enough milk added to fill cup)
Method
- Cook grits in slightly salted water for about 5 minutes, until thick.
- While on burner, add oleo, sharp cheese and egg with milk. Stir until cheese and butter are melted.
- Bake 45 minutes at 400°.
