Ingredients
- 1 large box Jell-O (any flavor)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drain and save juice
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
- Add cream cheese to Jell-O mixture and stir until cream cheese is dissolved.
- Measure drained juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
- Add this with the marshmallows, pineapple and fruit cocktail to the Jell-O mixture.
- Let congeal slightly and fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
- Makes a large bowl of salad.
