Ingredients

  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tbsp good greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp good vanilla yogurt
  • 40 ml orange juice
  • 1 pinch raw sugar
  • 1 ice cubes

Method

  • cut mango from skin and add the fruit pieces to a blender and add the Greek yogurt , vanilla yogurt , raw sugar , orange juice and last the ice cubes and pulse and blend till it becomes smooth and lump free .
  • once smooth pour into serving glasses , add a sprig of mint on top , serve cold and enjoy , tastes good , makes you feel good , gives you the get up and go to get you going .
