Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 pkg. (16 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. sliced pepperoni (or possibly your favorite pizza toppings)

Method

  • Mix lowfat sour cream, pizza sauce, garlic pwdr, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread on large serving platter to make base of "pizza".
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with pepperoni (or possibly other toppings.)
  • Chill till ready to serve.
  • Serve with Italian bread slices or possibly bread sticks as dippers.
