Ingredients
- 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup Pink lemonade concentrate
- 8 drops of red food coloring
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in lemonade concentrate and food coloring.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spoon into pie crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
