Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can corn, drained or 1/2 bag frozen corn
  • 4 c. elbow macaroni, ziti, noodles, etc.
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion (if desired)
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Brown ground beef (with onion if desired) in 9-inch skillet. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in large pan.
  • Boil macaroni until done; drain.
  • Add corn to ground beef and stir.
  • Mix butter with macaroni until melted.
  • Stir ground beef mixture into macaroni. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
  • Serve with bread or roll.
