Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained or 1/2 bag frozen corn
- 4 c. elbow macaroni, ziti, noodles, etc.
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (if desired)
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef (with onion if desired) in 9-inch skillet. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in large pan.
- Boil macaroni until done; drain.
- Add corn to ground beef and stir.
- Mix butter with macaroni until melted.
- Stir ground beef mixture into macaroni. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serves 4 to 6.
- Serve with bread or roll.
