Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pineapple (crushed)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
- 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
Method
- Drain pineapple; save juice.
- Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl. Mix until dissolved.
- Stir in measured liquid.
- Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
- Stir in other ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
