Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pineapple (crushed)
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet

Method

  • Drain pineapple; save juice.
  • Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl. Mix until dissolved.
  • Stir in measured liquid.
  • Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
  • Stir in other ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
