Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup crushed peacans
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg whites
  • Cooking spray
  • Low fat chocolate syrup

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, oats, and baking powder and stir. Set aside.
  • Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites, and add to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
  • Press the batter evenly into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lightly drizzle with the low fat chocolate syrup.
