- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup crushed peacans
- 1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites
- Cooking spray
- Low fat chocolate syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, oats, and baking powder and stir. Set aside.
- Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites, and add to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
- Press the batter evenly into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lightly drizzle with the low fat chocolate syrup.
