Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Martha White jalapeno corn bread mix
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 oz. jar pimento
  • 1 c. chicken or ham
  • 1/2 c. cubed cheese
  • 2 c. mayonnaise or either 1 pt. buttermilk salad dressing

Method

  • Cook corn bread according to package directions. Cool. Crumble into pieces in a large bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Toss.
  • Add which dressing desired.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill for at
  • least 2 hours or more before serving.
