Ingredients

  • 8 slice Thinly sliced pork loin
  • 80 to 100 grams Cabbage
  • 2 plums worth Umeboshi paste
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Sesame oil

Method

  • Shred the cabbage.
  • Remove the seeds from the umeboshi plum and pound into a paste.
  • Combine the umeboshi with the cabbage.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Align the sliced pork in pairs and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  • Place the cabbage and plum mixture (from step 4) nearest to you.
  • Wrap up tightly
  • Spread a modest amount of sesame oil in a pan.
  • Cook both sides of the meat until brown.
  • Slice in half for a nice cross-section!
