Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon carob powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) milk, well chilled
- 40 g (1 1/2 oz/1/4 cup) finely chopped carob buttons
Method
1. Dissolve the carob powder and sugar in 1 tablespoon hot water. Allow to cool.
2. 1 Whisk the milk and carob mixture together. Pour into long glasses. Top with the carob.
