Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbs sesame
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/4 fennel
  • 100 grams assorted mushroom
  • 2 tbs chopped ginger
  • 2 tbs oystersauce
  • 3 tbs sweet chilisauce
  • 0,5 cup soy saus
  • 4 tbs chopped fresh basil
  • Minced black pepper

Method

  • Cut chicken and vegetables in slices and put them on two separate plates. Put sesame seeds on a dry pan and fry them. Add sesame -and olive oil. Add vegetables and fry for 30 seconds. Add the chicken. Fry his for 1 minute and add oyster sauce, chilli saus, ginger and soyasaus. Stir well. Let it heat and add basil at the end.
  • Serve with plain nudles.
