- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbs sesame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 fennel
- 100 grams assorted mushroom
- 2 tbs chopped ginger
- 2 tbs oystersauce
- 3 tbs sweet chilisauce
- 0,5 cup soy saus
- 4 tbs chopped fresh basil
- Minced black pepper
Method
- Cut chicken and vegetables in slices and put them on two separate plates. Put sesame seeds on a dry pan and fry them. Add sesame -and olive oil. Add vegetables and fry for 30 seconds. Add the chicken. Fry his for 1 minute and add oyster sauce, chilli saus, ginger and soyasaus. Stir well. Let it heat and add basil at the end.
- Serve with plain nudles.
