Ingredients

  • 1 c. butterscotch pieces
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Method

  • Mix the butterscotch pieces and margarine; melt over medium heat.
  • Remove; let cool.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and eggs to the mixture in saucepan; mix well. Fold the marshmallows, chocolate pieces and nuts into other mixture, then spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
