- 1 c. butterscotch pieces
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Mix the butterscotch pieces and margarine; melt over medium heat.
- Remove; let cool.
- Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and eggs to the mixture in saucepan; mix well. Fold the marshmallows, chocolate pieces and nuts into other mixture, then spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
