Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. AGAR FLAKES
- 1/3 c. Cashews
- 1/4 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Pimento, optional
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. YEAST FLAKES
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion power
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
Method
- Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 min.
- Stir occasionally.
- Blend till smooth remaining ingredients.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Chill.
- This cheese can be sliced.
- When warmed it gives a slight melting effect.
- Good for GRILLED CHEESE.
