Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. AGAR FLAKES
  • 1/3 c. Cashews
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Pimento, optional
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. YEAST FLAKES
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion power
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr

Method

  • Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 min.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Blend till smooth remaining ingredients.
  • Stir all ingredients together.
  • Chill.
  • This cheese can be sliced.
  • When warmed it gives a slight melting effect.
  • Good for GRILLED CHEESE.
