Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
- 4 oz. grated cheese
- 4 to 5 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix
- cabbage,
- water chestnuts and onion together.
- Mix melted butter,
- cream
- of
- celery
- soup, milk and mayonnaise together. In a buttered dish, add vegetables and pour mixture over
- the top.
- Sprinkle
- grated
- cheese over mixture and top with crushed cornflakes.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
