Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 lemon juice tspn
  • 1 egg hardboiled and diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 avocados
  • 1/2 salt a tspn of
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

Method

  • First sprinkle all of the shrimp with only half of the lemon juice, then add the celery, salt, pepper and mix it in the mayonnaise.
  • Cut the avocados in halves and remove their seeds. If the seeds are too small you could remove a little of the avocado's meat with a spoon. Sprinkle the avocados with the rest of the lemon so that there is no discoloration.
  • Stuff the avocado halves with the shrimp mixture and let it chill before serving.
