Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 lemon juice tspn
- 1 egg hardboiled and diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 salt a tspn of
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- First sprinkle all of the shrimp with only half of the lemon juice, then add the celery, salt, pepper and mix it in the mayonnaise.
- Cut the avocados in halves and remove their seeds. If the seeds are too small you could remove a little of the avocado's meat with a spoon. Sprinkle the avocados with the rest of the lemon so that there is no discoloration.
- Stuff the avocado halves with the shrimp mixture and let it chill before serving.
