Ingredients
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 qt. water
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Dissolve cubes in boiling water. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add salt and pepper.
- Makes 8 servings.
