Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Method
- Mix water and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle gelatine into liquid. Once mixed, heat the liquid slowly until clear.
- Cool.
- Dip fish into mixture.
- Wrap snuggly in airtight plastic bags and freeze. Keeps fish frozen up to a year.
