Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Method

  • Mix chocolate, milk and cinnamon in saucepan.
  • Stir over low heat until chocolate melts and is smooth and thick.
  • Put aside 1/2 cup.
  • In mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, marshmallows, nuts and sugar.
  • Stir in chocolate mixture and blend well.
  • Press into buttered square pan.
  • Spread 1/2 cup chocolate mixture over top and chill about 1 hour.
