Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 14 to 16 chicken pieces
Method
- Combine dressing, dry onion soup mix and preserves.
- Pour over chicken parts which have been placed skin side up in a large shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour 10 minutes, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
- Serve hot with plain or yellow rice and the sweet and sour sauce.
