Ingredients
- 13 cup dry tapioca
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 cups sliced tart apples
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
Method
- Measure and mix all the ingredients and let them sit for 5 minutes in a pan.
- Bring to a boil stirring often.
- Simmer until the apples are tender (around 12 minutes).
- Serve warm with Ice Cream!
