Ingredients
- 6 c. tiny cubed zucchini
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Boil for 5 minutes the zucchini and onions.
- Drain.
- Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and water.
- Spread 9 x 12-inch pan with stuffing mixture.
- Mix drained zucchini with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
- Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
