Ingredients

  • 6 c. tiny cubed zucchini
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Boil for 5 minutes the zucchini and onions.
  • Drain.
  • Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and water.
  • Spread 9 x 12-inch pan with stuffing mixture.
  • Mix drained zucchini with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
  • Pour over crust.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
