- 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 small pkg. orange gelatin
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. pineapple juice (saved from pineapple)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Method
- Drain pineapple and save juice.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple, bananas and marshmallows (rinse dust from marshmallows first).
- Mix well and chill until set.
