Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 or 2 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • 12 to 16 oz. noodles

Method

  • Saute hamburger and drain off most of the fat.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
