- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 or 2 chopped onions
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder (optional)
- 12 to 16 oz. noodles
Method
- Saute hamburger and drain off most of the fat.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low heat for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
