Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 c. catsup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet.
- Cook macaroni in medium size saucepan until done.
- Drain and rinse macaroni.
- Place back in saucepan and add ground beef, stewed tomatoes, catsup, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- If too thick, add a little water.
