Ingredients
- 1 cup active starter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 each eggs large
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Method
- Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls.
- Serve warm pancakes with fresh fruits, lemon curd, or maple syrup if desired.
