Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • Chicken, skinned & deboned
  • Onion soup mix (dry packet)

Method

  • Mix soups, butter, rice and lowfat milk in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Place skinned chicken on top of mix.
  • Top with onion soup mix.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
  • May take foil off 10 min prior to ending time to further brown, if you like.
