Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
Method
- Mix the soup, sour cream, cheese and onion together, then pour into hash browns and mix well.
- Bake in casserole dish for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
