Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 14 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 14 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Method
- Heat oven to 450F Line a 9-inch tart pan (with removable bottom) with pastry.
- Bake at 450F for 9-11 minutes, or until light brown.
- Cool.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- In medium bowl, beat brown sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Add remaining filling ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into cooled, baked crust.
- Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes or until filling is set.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over top.
- Store in refrigerator.
