Ingredients

  • 2 pieces tofu
  • 100 g soybean paste
  • 5 pieces red chili peppers
  • 5 lettuce greens
  • 5 ounces long beans
  • 25 ounces cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g peanuts
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 pieces jalapenos or 5 pieces scotch bonnet peppers
  • 3 pieces shallots
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Method

  • How to make as follow :.
  • * Fry an egg and soyabean cake.
  • * Peanut sauce.
  • * Fry peanuts.
  • * Cut into small pieces.
  • * Boil one egg and slice it.
  • * Boil young cabbage, long beans, and slice them.
  • * Slice shallots, and brown with chili peppers.
  • * Mix and grind all these with brown sugar, lemon, salt and pepper, and boil with a little bit of water.
  • (Use this sauce with Beef Stick as well.
  • * Ready to serve.
