Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. beef
- 3/4 lb. pork
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. noodles, cooked
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
Method
- Brown meat and onions in shortening.
- Add water to barely cover with celery and cook slow for 20 minutes or until tender. Add other ingredients and place in casserole.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 8.
