Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash, cooked with onion
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 5 to 6 slices cooked bacon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, coated with butter
Method
- Cook and drain squash/onion very well.
- Add all other ingredients, except stuffing.
- Top casserole with stuffing.
- Cook at 250° until bubbly.
