Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 (2.1 oz.) chocolate covered crispy peanut butter candy bars, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Method

  • Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar and brown sugar, beating well.
  • Add egg whites, beating well.
  • Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; set aside.
