Ingredients
- 1/4 c. hot roast beef drippings
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and keep hot 1/4 cup roast beef drippings.
- Beat until thick and piled softly 2 eggs.
- Add to beaten eggs and beat with rotary beater until smooth milk, flour and salt.
- Pour mixture over hot meat drippings and bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and browned. Cut into squares and serve immediately with standing rib roast of beef.
