Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons almonds, pulverized
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 small tomatoes, finely chopped to garnish

Method

  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients, except tomato, in a mixing bowl.
  • Place in a serving dish.
  • Garnish with tomato.
