Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons almonds, pulverized
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small tomatoes, finely chopped to garnish
Method
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients, except tomato, in a mixing bowl.
- Place in a serving dish.
- Garnish with tomato.
