- 1 1/4 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Saute onion and margarine in big pot.
- Put the remaining ingredients in pot and mix well.
- Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
