Ingredients
- 6 crookneck yellow squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 egg
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Method
- Clean and slice yellow squash.
- Boil with onion pieces 15 to 20 minutes and drain.
- Allow to cool some and add a slightly beaten egg.
- Put in a greased casserole and top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
