Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Method

  • Arrange broccoli in bottom of a greased 7 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish.
  • Combine other ingredients except onions.
  • Stir in 1/2 can of onions.
  • Pour mixture over the broccoli.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle remaining onions over top.
  • Bake another 5 minutes.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
