Ingredients
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 lb. can apricots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 6 pork chops
Method
- Brown chops; remove.
- Combine ingredients.
- Put on top of chops.
- Simmer covered in pan for 20 minutes.
