Ingredients
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Method
- Butter baking dish. Pour into buttered pan. Crumble cracker crumbs on top. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle on top of cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° until brown.
