Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate Xocai X Power Squares, finely chopped
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate Xocai Nuggets, chopped
  • 12 cups sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 2 whole egg whites
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup almonds dry and salted, chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spray a 9"x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Heat butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in " X Power Squares" and "Nuggets" until smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sugar and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
  • Whisk in eggs, one at a time.
  • Add egg whites.
  • Fold in flour and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
