Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 7 ounces dark chocolate Xocai X Power Squares, finely chopped
- 3 ounces dark chocolate Xocai Nuggets, chopped
- 12 cups sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 whole large eggs
- 2 whole egg whites
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup almonds dry and salted, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Spray a 9"x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat butter in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in " X Power Squares" and "Nuggets" until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
- Whisk in eggs, one at a time.
- Add egg whites.
- Fold in flour and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Serves 24
