Ingredients

  • 500 grams chili peppers (chopped)
  • 300 grams peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  • 100 grams chopped onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  • Boil in a pot all ingredients except vinegar and honey.
  • After boiling, cook on low heat for an hour.
  • Add vinegar and honey.
  • Use an immersion blender to make smooth sauce.
  • Simmer for ten minutes on low heat.
  • Put the mixture into small jars. Close the lid of the jars tightly and invert.
  • When the sauce has cooled, jar lid will be vacuum.
