Ingredients
- 500 grams chili peppers (chopped)
- 300 grams peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup malt vinegar
- 100 grams chopped onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Boil in a pot all ingredients except vinegar and honey.
- After boiling, cook on low heat for an hour.
- Add vinegar and honey.
- Use an immersion blender to make smooth sauce.
- Simmer for ten minutes on low heat.
- Put the mixture into small jars. Close the lid of the jars tightly and invert.
- When the sauce has cooled, jar lid will be vacuum.
