Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 to 10 potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 c. chicken stock
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Brown pork chops.
- Put in baking pan and on top put onions, potatoes and chicken stock.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in 350° oven.
