Ingredients
- 1 box Flako or Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn (preferably Shoepeg corn)
- 1 small carton sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350° to 375° for about 45 minutes.
- Use 13 x 19-inch pan.
