Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz.) red tart cherries (undrained)
  • 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • few drops red food color

Method

  • In blender container, blend undrained cherries and undrained pineapple at medium speed until pureed.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Freeze until frozen about 3 inches from edge, about 4 to 5 hours.
