Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) red tart cherries (undrained)
- 1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- few drops red food color
Method
- In blender container, blend undrained cherries and undrained pineapple at medium speed until pureed.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Freeze until frozen about 3 inches from edge, about 4 to 5 hours.
