Ingredients

  • 2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c oats
  • 2 T flax seed (milled)
  • 3 T wheat germ
  • 1/4 c coarsly chopped almonds
  • 1/4 c raisins
  • 1 1/2 t ginger
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavored)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c canola oil
  • 1/3 c apple sauce
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 2 T molassas

Method

  • 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  • 3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, apple sauce, honey and molassas.
  • 4. Slowly add dry ingredients to mixing bowl until fully combined.
  • 5. Drop by large spoon on parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
