- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c oats
- 2 T flax seed (milled)
- 3 T wheat germ
- 1/4 c coarsly chopped almonds
- 1/4 c raisins
- 1 1/2 t ginger
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavored)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1/3 c apple sauce
- 1/3 c honey
- 2 T molassas
Method
- 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- 3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, apple sauce, honey and molassas.
- 4. Slowly add dry ingredients to mixing bowl until fully combined.
- 5. Drop by large spoon on parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
